1:50 Drake Heavy Haulage Models
This is a couple of my Drake Models in my collection. These are Australian Heavy Haulage Combos and I like them because they are close to what I pull here in Alberta (40 mid combo) and there are not many north American models on the market for collectors. These Drake models are extremely well made and excellent detail I would highly recommend any of there combos for your collection!

Liehberr LR 1600-2 1:50 scale model

I recently took down my Liehberr LR 1600-2 crane model to add the YCC etched walkway kit, I highly recommend this kit. It is pricy but adds so much to the look of the model and also added the YCC hook blocks. I took a bunch of Pictures and put this slide show together.

I know this is completely different from what I normally post, but when I'm not being a badass rig mover/ trucker ;) lol I collect 1:50 diecast models. This was taken a few years ago, what happened was a combination of rain, sloppy narrow bush road, bad radio communication and two trucks meeting.. The bigger one always wins! Lol

saw these guys on the side of the road on a old loc west of Rocky anyways. iv seen lots of bears with two cubs a couple with three but to see four was cool must be a really good year.

I was crusin down the Wolf Lake Road and a click down the road i saw a couple black critters run across the road when i got up to where they crossed it was momma black bear and two cubs then about 10km further saw this guy hanging in the ditch, it was really cool dont get to see to many wild cats and this guy could careless that i was there.

Usually you’ll have the water haulers shack on wheels where he lives. Then you’ll have the consultants/engineers shack then the Rig Push shack then a geologists shack. But now you’ll find more shacks for other people or poor man’s camps for sleeping.

My mistake, I can see "HR" on the side of the superstructure. Had me fooled; the shovel looked like an "HF" to me.
Great video! With the wide tracks & large bucket, I think the shovel is a Bucyrus 495 HF (high flotation), rather than a Bucyrus 495 HR (hard rock). The "HR" has noticeably narrower tracks for use on hard, stable ground conditions, & the "HF" has wider tracks for flotation in softer ground conditions. The larger bucket on the "HF" is meant for excavating a larger volume of softer soil, than the smaller (& probably heavier duty) bucket on the "HR", which is meant more for excavating hard (blasted) rock.

Never operated a Commander, but have plenty of seat time and wrench time on Delta 3s. Hated the6V53’s in the Delta. Spent 30 years in Arctic mostly running Rolligons.

When does a truck driver ever listen. The smoothest rig move I've seen was done by a company called KAPS. I have seen a lot of dangerous guys snorting around the lease, dropping driveshafts etc. those are the ones told to go park in the corner of the lease or told to leave site.
